He will be with us until October 5th.
The judge decided that October 31st was too long to wait for him to go home. He decided on October 5th because next week she will have trial for another of her children.... and it is going to be really stressful... and he didn't want her to get TOO stressed out with the trial.. having to wake up early... and take buses all with a little one.
I have no words.

I'm so sorry Casey....I'm just shaking my head at the ridiculousness of the system...I hope that you are able to remain part of PB's life in some shape or form, if it's not too painful for you. You and Tracy did an amazing thing for him, and I hope that his BM gets her act together for him.
ReplyDeleteWow - I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. It seems so backward! How is she going to live life (stress, bus, and all) with a little one if she can't do it during the trial?
